Jibrin has been able to pull this string of hunky-dory representation as a result of his enviable legislative experiences over the years. Aside from being a renaissance legislator, Jibrin is an erudite scholar whose panoptic erudition commands grasping awe. Going by his intimidating political and academic profiles, Jibrin’s administrative ingenuity and wizardry will in no distant future be needed to retool some bureaucratic incongruities in Kano State.
