3. Board releases lists of successful NSCDC, NIS, NCoS applicants
The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board has released the names of successful applicants who took part in the November 2025 board and paramilitary recruitment Online Computer-Based Test.

4. Bobrisky was kept in soundproofed cell, says panel
An Independent Investigative Panel set up by the Federal Government to investigate the detention conditions of crossdresser, Okuneye Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky, has revealed that he was kept in a soundproofed cell.
The panel said the ex-convict enjoyed extraordinary privileges, including the use of mobile phones across two custodial centres in Lagos.

5. Fulani settlers abandon southern communities, cite ethnic profiling
Many Fulani settlers in the southern part of the country are quietly abandoning communities they have lived in for decades over alleged ethnic profiling and rising insecurity, Sunday PUNCH reports.
Findings showed that many Fulani settlers in the South-East and South-West are either fleeing or being forced out of communities they have lived in for years, as host communities accuse them of complicity in terrorism and banditry.
