MTN Nigeria says multiple fibre cuts are responsible for the service outage experienced by its subscribers on Wednesday. Several users had complained about suffering network disruption. The Kano Hisbah Board says its operatives have arrested a couple for holding their marriage ceremony at a restaurant without parental consent. Mujahideen Abubakar, the board’s deputy commander general of operations, confirmed the arrest to the media on Thursday.
