A former spokesperson to ex-Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has said the late President Muhammadu Buhari offered to support Osinbajo’s 2022 presidential ambition on at least four occasions.

Former Super Eagles coach Clemens Westerhof is in critical condition after being diagnosed with colon cancer in the Netherlands, his wife has disclosed.

World Trade Organisation Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has recounted how her probe into an alleged $2.4bn fuel subsidy fraud led to threats against her and the kidnapping of her mother.

The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Waidi Shuaibu, has arrived in Maiduguri, Borno State, 48 hours after President Bola Tinubu ordered the clearance of all terrorist and bandit camps.

And the Oyo State Police Command has denied misconduct over a viral video of a suspect’s arrest in Ibadan, saying the man was suspected of cult-related activities.
