Arsenal have sparked excitement among fans worldwide after releasing a teaser video featuring Nigerian music star Tems alongside winger Bukayo Saka, Soccernet.ng reports.
The announcement comes as renewed attention is drawn to the club’s deep-rooted connection with Nigeria, following a viral post by ESPN Africa celebrating Arsenal’s long-standing links to African talent.
The teaser, shared on Arsenal’s official X account, shows Tems and Saka at Abbey Road Studios. In the clip, Tems presses record and asks Saka if he is ready.

The England international, dressed in the Gunners tracksuit, nods in response before Tems welcomes him to the studio, saying, “This is where the magic really happens.”
The short video ends with Tems suggesting they “try something out” before declaring, “Let’s go,” as the caption reads: “Landing soon”.
The post has already attracted more than 51,000 likes and nearly three million views, fuelling speculation over whether the collaboration will result in a song, music video, or promotional campaign.
Fans have been quick to point out Saka’s Nigerian heritage as a natural link between the club and the Grammy-winning artist.
Tems, born Temilade Openiyi, is best known globally for her hit collaboration, Essence, with Wizkid and her work on major international soundtracks.
Adding to this, ESPN Africa shared a collage that featured former striker Nwankwo Kanu alongside Thierry Henry during the club’s Invincibles era, as well as Tems and Saka posing with the winger’s no. 7 shirt.
Other images showed Declan Rice and Odumodublvck sharing a light-hearted moment, while young stars Saka, Eberechi Eze, and Noni Madueke also featured.
With the London club firmly in the Premier League title race, supporters are now eagerly waiting to see what the project will produce – whether a club anthem, charity single or part of a wider campaign.
