2. Osun LG Accounts: Court issues arrest warrants against bank
A Chief Magistrate’s Court in Osogbo has issued arrest warrants against United Bank for Africa Plc and four senior officials over alleged illegal operation of local government accounts in Osun State.
The court said the defendants failed to honour summons in a case filed by the state government and adjourned the matter to February 10, 2026.
