Chelsea suffered their fifth straight Premier League loss at the American Express Stadium last night to Brighton and Hove Albion, Soccernet.ng reports.

The Blues’ last win in the English top-flight came in the first week of March against Aston Villa. Since then, they’ve failed to score in five Premier League games, a club-record high.

Goals from Ferdi Kadioglu, Jack Hinshelwood and Danny Welbeck lifted Brighton into 6th position on the EPL table, as they edge closer to sealing a UEFA Europa League spot for just the second time in their history.

Have a look at what the Chelsea fans feel about the loss to Brighton and Hove Albion, as compiled by Soccernet.ng.

Chelsea fans want Liam Rosenior sacked

“Brighton dominated us from start to finish; we had no chance to score a goal today. We haven’t scored in five games. This man [Rosenior] must get sacked, and we’ll worry about the foolish Sporting Directors in the summer,” Miracle Okafor said.

“This was a game where the players were meant to fight for the coach, but it’s clear none of them respects him; he’s a fool who wants to be liked, not respected,” Okafor concluded.

“Rosenior is very dangerous to my health and to the Chelsea fanbase. How can the World Champion play against Brighton and fail to have a shot on target? It’s preposterous,” Daniel Alexander said.

“Nothing is working with this team. We’ve failed to score. Not even an offside goal has hit the back of the net,” Daniel concluded.

“You have a toothless striker in Delap. He’s yet to score a goal. He’s not a Chelsea-level player. Lampard was sacked for much less than this, but Rosenior is clueless,” Mekele Gaeha said.

“We kept Garnacho and sent Tyrique George on loan, now we have no wingers to change games. Rosenior has to try new things anyway. His sack is inevitable, so why he doesn’t want to try new things is not understandable,” Shady opined.

Chelsea’s only chance to score a goal in April is in four days. They’ll travel to Wembley Stadium to play against Leeds United in the semi-final of the FA Cup.
