Super Falcons legend Asisat Oshoala has backed compatriot Victor Osimhen to find the net for Galatasaray against Barcelona on Tuesday night.
However, the former Barcelona striker insists she wants the Spanish giants to emerge victorious in the UEFA Champions League showdown.
Oshoala has found an interesting way to support two of her football favourites ahead of the highly anticipated league-phase encounter at Rams Park.
The six-time Africa Women’s Footballer of the Year predicts a goal for Nigeria’s star striker while tipping his Turkish club’s opponents to take all the three points on offer.

Oshoala shared her unusual prediction on social media just hours before the two European heavyweights meet in Istanbul.
“Osimhen to score …Barca to win. Sounds like a good deal to me…..that’s Nigerian enough #ViscaBarca,” Oshoala wrote on X.
Osimhen and Galatasaray need the win
Asisat Oshoala’s prediction aside, even Osimhen and Galatasaray are aware that a memorable victory over Barcelona will not come easy.
The Catalans have won all eight of their league matches this season, including the comfortable 3-0 win over Getafe at the weekend.
Hansi Flick’s men have scored an incredible 34 goals and conceded only seven during that period to sit on top of La Liga, with an impressive five-point advantage over second-place Atletico Madrid.

Barcelona may have delivered arguably their best performance of the campaign in the Champions League when they handed Feyenoord a 5-1 thrashing in September.
With Osimhen back to full fitness, however, Galatasaray would be quietly confident of causing an upset.
Galatasaray’s only defeats this season have come when the Super Eagles striker was out injured. While on the pitch, Osimhen has scored six goals and added three assists in five matches for the Turkish giants.
The former Napoli ace would not be fazed by the Barcelona challenge as he has a goal and an assist in four meetings with the Spanish side.
