Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has been tipped to join Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen at Galatasaray by a former Turkiye International, Soccernet.ng reports.
The Portuguese has just one year left on his contract with the Red Devils, although there’s an option to extend for another year.
The 31-year-old was offered up by the club for sale last summer, but chose to stay, and is on the brink of equalling Thierry Henry’s Premier League assist record in one campaign.
Former Turkiye midfielder Zeki Önder Özen has urged Galatasaray to go all out for Bruno Fernandes, claiming he’ll be a vital addition to their success in the UEFA Champions League.

Zeki Önder wants Fernandes to join Osimhen at Galatasaray
Speaking on a broadcast with VOLE, the former Fenerbahce coach wants Okan Buruk’s side to do whatever it takes to bring Bruno Fernandes to RAMS Park, claiming it’ll bring the best out of Victor Osimhen.
“With Osimhen there in attack, I can’t think of anything to say to Fernandes,” the 56-year-old said.
“He’s world class, right, one of the best in the World.
“This would also help Galatasaray in their hunt for success in the UEFA Champions League.
“In the league too, he’ll cause lots of trouble for everyone. It would deter other rivals [Fenerbahce, Besiktas and Trabzonspor] from competing for the league title.
“His addition would make Osimhen want to stay. Imagine these players competing in top form and without any injuries.
“However, their chances of approaching him are very slim,” Zeki Önder concluded.
The one-time FA Cup winner, in an interview with Rio Ferdinand, admitted he considered exiting the Theatre of Dreams last summer, but chose to stay since he hadn’t achieved all he set out to do.
