Victor Osimhen and the other Galatasaray attackers have been a source of worry for Barcelona coach Hansi Flick ahead of their game on Tuesday.

The Catalans travel to Rams Park for a match that is crucial for both teams. Barcelona have won nine straight games in emphatic fashion and are eager to continue their brilliant run.

Galatasaray, on the other hand, lost their first Champions League game of the season and need a win to get their campaign on track and remain in a good position to progress to the next round.

While the Catalans enter the fixture as overwhelming favourites, the Cimbom have a good shot at victory if they can be disciplined and their big players turn up.

Osimhen is one of the stars they will be banking on, and he will be flanked by Leroy Sane and Rafael Leao, in what could easily be a devastating attack at any other club in the top five leagues in Europe.

Ahead of the fixture, Flick has admitted that he is wary of Galatasaray’s front three, but has made plans to ensure that they keep them in check.

”We expect Galatasaray to play their game, they have great offensive players, but we have to adapt. It’s always like that in every game, there is something special that we have to do,” Flick said.

”We don’t approach every game the same way, we are adaptable to the opponent and know what is necessary.”

Can Victor Osimhen Wreak Havoc Against Barcelona?

This will definitely be Galatasaray’s biggest game of the season. Barcelona are at their free-scoring best at the moment, albeit their defence has been suspect.

This is where Victor Osimhen can pounce. His physicality and aerial presence could be key here. If he gets good deliveries from his teammates, they can hurt the Spanish giants. Rafael Leao is also a very good dribbler who can cause problems for any defence he faces.

But to even do that, Osimhen and the other attackers have to overcome two big problems. Barcelona like to starve opponents of the ball and keep a very high line. And throughout Osimhen’s career, staying onside has not exactly been a strong suit.

Nonetheless, given the fact that the striker has actually scored against Barcelona before, he will enter this game with a lot of confidence. Moreover, the Rams Park fans will turn up with the noise in order to make Barcelona feel uncomfortable.

As it stands, a Galatasaray win looks very unlikely. But one or two moments of brilliance could easily change things.
