Lead Auctioneer and Managing Director of CR Limited, Ade Onanuga, has stressed the need for auctioneers to embrace high integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in order to succeed in the industry.
Speaking during the recent auctioning of forfeited and abandoned vehicles by Lagos State government, he recalled: ‘’This is the third time we are autioning for the Lagos State government. So far, so good, we have not messed up, otherwise they wouldn’t call us year-in year- out. There are other companies who are interested in the job but as long as we satisfy our clients, I don’t see any reason why they should change.”
Speaking further, he disclosed, ‘because we impressed the government, the initial fee they agreed to pay us was increased by 25 per cent.’
He added the process has been very orderly and they have been able to generate more money for the government.
