Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie was ranked fourth in the Yacine Trophy power rankings at the Ballon d’Or awards on Monday, Soccernet.ng reports.
Following her impressive showing at the 2025 Women’s African Cup of Nations and her great performance for Paris FC, Nnadozie became the first Super Falcons player to be nominated for the Yachine Trophy - the award for the best female goalkeeper in the world.
Nnadozie was nominated alongside England shot-stopper Hannah Hampton, Ann-Katrin Berger, Cata Coll, and Daphne Van Domselaar.
However, she finished fourth in the rankings, with England’s Hampton taking the trophy home. Second was Berger, and Coll finished third.
