The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has warned parents to be vigilant after discovering synthetic cannabis being sold and packaged in Moimoi sachets. NDLEA spokesperson Femi Babafemi, in a short post on X on Sunday, said the substance, known on the street as “Colos” (short for Colorado), was found during a seizure in the Lekki area of Lagos. A Federal High Court in Abuja has declared as unconstitutional and a breach of fundamental rights to freedom of worship the National Youth Service Corps’ (NYSC) refusal to allow female corps members to wear skirts in observance of their religious beliefs.
