Vandals have started carting away streetlights, cables, iron rods and copper wires on the Apapa-Oshodi Expressway in Lagos State. As seen in a video by Tijani Alabi Fatai for Guardian Nigeria, some of the projects carried out by the Lagos State Government to beautify the expressway have been destroyed. “Vandalism has returned to the Apapa-Oshodi Expressway, one of Lagos’ model road projects completed less than five years ago,” Fatai said. “Reports indicate that vandals are systematically destroying drainage cover slabs to extract iron rods, while others target aluminum streetlights and underground cables to steal copper wires.” According to him, what…

Three police officers from the Imo State Police Command, who were identified in a viral video displaying unprofessional conduct, have been arrested.
