The Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) has said that domestic and international observer groups have commended the conduct of the Anambra State Governorship Election, describing the process as transparent, orderly, and largely peaceful. Hundreds of Muslim groups and their supporters on Saturday marched through the streets of Kano, rejecting US President Donald Trump’s recent remarks accusing Nigeria of allowing a Christian genocide and threatening military intervention.
