The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has formally raised concerns over the repeated assignment of its cases to three judges of the Federal High Court, Abuja Division, citing potential perceptions of partiality. Chidinma Ojukwu, the suspected killer of Super TV CEO, Michael Ataga, yesterday told the Lagos State High Court sitting at Tafawa Balewa Square, that she regrets his death. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) says 16 banks have fully met the regulatory capital requirements.
