The Jigawa State Police Command has arrested a 21-year-old suspect from Niger Republic for attempting to transport eight stolen cows in a cross-border rustling operation. The Association of Resident Doctors in the Federal Capital Territory Administration has suspended its indefinite strike after 30 days of industrial action. The National Industrial Court in Abuja has ordered United Bank for Africa Plc to pay a total of N1.07bn to former Kogi State Deputy Governor, Simon Achuba, to satisfy a judgment debt owed by the Kogi State Government.
