The International Football Association Board (IFAB) has introduced a major rule change set to take effect from the 2025/26 season, Soccernet.ng reports.  The rule is slated to directly impact goalkeepers, including Super Eagles trio Stanley Nwabali, Francis Uzoho, and Maduka Okoye. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has announced a landmark arrest of a total number of 792 suspects for offences bordering on cryptocurrency investment fraud and romance scam. David Umahi Federal University Health Sciences, Uburu, in the Ohaozara Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, has sanctioned 14 students of the institution for alleged examination misconduct, stealing, and poor academic performance. The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Jesse Uneke disclosed this at the institution’s premises during the 4th matriculation ceremony of the university on Saturday. He noted that two students were expelled for examination misconduct, three received a one-year suspension for stealing, and five received a one-year semester suspension for the same offence. Idowu Abdullahi Pharmacists have raised concerns over the volumes of fake drugs in circulation across the country, saying the porous borders were contributing to the menace.
