The House of Representatives has passed through the second reading a bill for the creation of Orlu State in the southeast region of Nigeria. The bill, sponsored by Hon. Ikenga Ugochinyere, a member representing Ideato North/Ideato South Federal Constituency in Imo State, and 33 others, was presented for the second reading by House leader Hon. Julius Ihonvbere.
