Agency Report Plateau Commissioner for Health, Dr Nicholas Baamlong, has said that only 5,397 tuberculosis cases were officially recorded out of an estimated 11,549 cases in 2025. The Government of Finland has announced it will lead a €23 million Team Europe Initiative aimed at strengthening Nigeria’s digital public services and supporting the rollout of the 3 Million Technical Talent programme. The Director-General of the National Agency for the Control of AIDS, Temitope Ilori, has clarified that the newly introduced long-acting HIV prevention injection, Lenacapavir (LenPrEP), is not recommended for use among pregnant women.
