An accident that occurred at the weekend in Akure, Ondo State capital, has claimed the lives of three persons, among whom was a couple. The fatal accident involving a truck and commercial tricycle occurred at the Itagbanja axis, Oke-Aro, along Idanre Road, Akure South Local Government. The New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) in Kano State has denied the rumour that Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso was planning to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
