The Enugu State Police Command has rescued 21 kidnapped victims, killed one suspect, and arrested another in a series of operations conducted over the weekend. Nigerians spent about $2.41m on foreign healthcare-related services from January to December 2024, findings by Saturday PUNCH have revealed. Compared to the $3.82m spent on medical tourism in 2023, there was a reduction of $1.41m in 2024.
