THE Northern Regional Electricity Distributor (Nored) has announced that several areas in Katima Mulilo will be without electricity on Saturday and Sunday this coming weekend from 07h00 to 18h00.
According to Nored, it will service equipment, cut overgrown trees and replace rotten poles over the two days.
On Saturday power will be cut in EPZ, Macaravani West, Town Centre, Soweto and Mavuluma Extension 1.
On Sunday it will be cut in Ngweze, Mavuluma Extension 2, Greenwell Matongo location, Lyambai location, Bebi 1& 2, Butterfly and Shackdwellers.
Nored urged residents to treat all power sockets as live for the duration of the disconnection and said they regret the inconvenience that will be caused to customers.
