Residents of Safana Local Government Area have said that three male students of Community Day School, Gobirawa in Safana Local Government Area of Katsina State, were abducted on Tuesday afternoon by gunmen.
It was gathered that gunmen forced the children who were returning home from school on three motorcycles before absconding with the students.
Although, the residents could not provide details relating to classes and families of the abducted students.

SP Gambo, Police spokesperson of Katsina Command when contacted said he was not aware and pleaded to contact the DPO in that area to confirm.
The State’s Ministry of Education was unable to provide details, while the Commissioner for Education could not be reached, the spokesman for the ministry said he was in Abuja and was not aware of the incident.
